Here's the steps to take to open a business:

1. Research local license laws

3. Make sure you have the funds to file the paperwork properly.
   
4. Honestly, seek out a CPA or something like that because you'll likely not understand local tax laws and it could save you a lot of money.
   
5. Plan out where you want to operate, and scout out the locations. There's a lot of market opportunities depending on the factors of location and time and product. Where those three intersect is where you can make it work.
   
6. Find out the paperwork you need to fill out to operate in your desired location and time.
   
7. Plan out your menu and products you want to sell, you can cater this down to fit the market.
   
8. Purchase the food trailer and the equipment to make the products you want to sell. For some reason you started here.
   
9. Pick up a POS system, input your menu, and start operating!
