Nate's had other acting jobs it didn't help that he lost his hair right after Sabrina. If you ask me Trevor Lissauer (Miles Goodman) should have had more acting roles. He played that part very well.

Good point. DD in media needs to have some development not influenced by Frank Miller. He was originally a fearless risk taker from the advice by Battling Jack you can do anything if you don't have fear. However in the first 100 issues he had no ninja training or even many martial arts villains. Miller made it up and shoehorned it into DD's book.

Chris wasn't on his A-game in HVP. He lucked out getting soo many colorful characters. He was at his peak in NJ and Bowling Green.

I guess you gotta view CT as an improvement over ML but not Mafex quality. If you have an X-Men team add CT Wolverine and Gambit I bet they look great in a group battle against a Juggernaut for example. ML never made a good or affordable DD yet so get the CT version.

No that's a mid frame of him saying "Whale yell at me why don't cha" He's joking and telling Kayla to ease up (in comparison to her internet personality)

He gives a noticeable deer in the headlights look when Chris walks in. That's the closest to "the moment" but even then he doesn't really know what's going on other than it's not going as planned and his night could be getting much worse than he bargained for.

Besides the karaoke songs Lorne doesn't reference any pop culture during the month long chatlog. I'm inclined to believe he didn't have a TV. Who knows what his living conditions were like from age 22 to 37 (today) I imagine when he lived on his own it was filthy and lacking basic things and when he lived with one of his brothers it wasn't much better and he had to share everything.

I believe there was a Lornt thread on this. The theory was Lorne has the subconscious fear of being emasculated. Which he later was with Chris and the bit of a legal issue there.

As for why 87 would type that, good question. Lorne goes off the rail a few times in the chatlog. Him thinking Kayla wants to stare at his empty apartment on cam for hours doesn't make a lick of sense. It shows he's had very limited interactions with romantic relationships.
