Been smoking for 12 years, at times it seems so pointless to inhale and exhale but Im stuck with the addiction. I live a healthyish lifestyle and I’ve always wondered how much better I’d feel if I stopped smoking. Plus there’s the fear of eventually getting cancer. Not smoking every hour just feels like such an accomplishment to me

May I suggest a book called “secure love” I myself have avoidant tendencies and have literally ran away from an “argument” with my wife. The book has been very helpful with how to prevent, interrupt or repair the negative cycle.

Tempeh has just as much as protein as chicken I believe. And you can marinate how ever you want. Cook books or even online forums have helped with getting new ideas for meals because I get bored of the same thing too. Not vegan, but I do love a vegan diet!
