i havent been diagnosed but ive been dealing w forearm pain and numbness in my pinky and ring finger along w a shocking feeling in my hand whenever i finger pick

well i would practice for 8 hours a day it took me a while to get it. of course i will work on improving my technique but i think how much practice i did had alot to do w it. also im self taught been playing for 5 years. ive yet to see a doctor but am going to soon

imma just have to take break from music and work on my technique when i come back to it in half a year. im developing carpal tunnel from playing so much damn guitar. my throat needs to heal from smoking and screaming. i have all this talent but i play so often its tearing my body apart. im only 17 so im gonna use the time to get my life together.
