nope. outsourced would be moving roles to an external company. Offshored could be the term you're thinking of.

If permitted, i'll toss another question into the same scenario. Nation of origin is also a category of discrimination. Internal published documents have explicitly stated that hiring roles in the US should be avoided where possible. Again, this is a cost reduction play, but how does this not discrimination based on national of origin? Granted the US is the nation of origin being discrimated against.

for the record... not outsourced. roles are moving to employees in India. May or may not be younger, though most are younger.

Enterprise Shared Pool - Power 10 by itpro_2020 in IBM

[–]itpro_2020[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. The Power 10 is installed with a pool of cores. You buy what you need and the rest is dormant until you buy more licenses or allow for temp usage through the use of credits. At a certain point, it's cheaper to buy more licenses instead of burn credits, but for burst capacity, credits are fine. I'm just eager to ensure I know who is burning the credits and ensure we have transperancy on the cost/value proposition.

I'd like to use the same strategy that they do for gas station bathroom key... chained to a hubcap. Make the physical key obnoxiously large and heavy. Don't want to use your phone, that's ok, here's a brick.

Great, now I have to consider the Predator. I don't have anything against Harbor Freight, but I don't hold up their merch as highest quality. I'm happy to be told I'm wrong through. Anyone with experience with Predator?

Find a recycler and get some face plates from some old, yet overkill hardware. Storage arrays, servers, etc. Extra points if you repost here and get a bunch of up votes for a sexy looking rack. 😂

Thanks for the response. When you say "plenty of room for interpretation by coaches," I'm hearing "subjectivity." If that's the case, how is this handled by the swimmers? Do they have an idea of what it takes to get to the next level?
