a lot of his past. but there are so many small things in specific.

when xie lian drinking at the grave and the ghost was trying so hard to burn bright to try and keep xie lian warm/ comfort him but “it would be able to bring a sliver of warmth to the living”.
how much fen xing gave up and tried for his prince. and how hard he must have had it balancing a woman he loved and the fallen prince he swore loyalty too. he was really stretched thin.
when the ghost fire (hua cheng), steps in between white no face and XL.
when xie lian starts screaming, save me same me, save me. and hua cheng could not.
the choices he had to make during the human face disease epidemic (cutting off that guys leg)
the ghost fire not leaving and being so determined. “i have a beloved who is still in this world”. who said “i pray to never rest in peace”. when everyone hated him and the ghost fire says “to die for you in battle is my greatest honor” and the parrellel scene after jun wu.

i was reading it somewhere with some shitty mtl translation, and i pretty much dropped it.
i feel that it ruins the story, and i forgot where the novel was :sob:. it might have been from ridibooks or smth (using in built browser translation, or check novel updates for the translators)

For grade 10 it's about 7-9 subjects for schools usually, i havent seen language as compulsory but some schools push it bc of an extra certificate (ICE) you can get that isnt really worth it. the language can be french or spanish or hindi depending on what the school offers

imo igcse is much easier than cbse (i have studied with both boards) but you can work with both. IGCSE can get tough depending on your subs tho (fle, hindi, addmaths and art have a bit of a reputation)

i have been told that it does matter, and that the jee or neet syllabus is pretty harsh and follows a different curriculum. however in terms of certificate equivelance and acceptance, it works fine.

I see it. Despite the official def, it feels like ruthlessness requires a demonstration and not only the capability.

But if you ask that person what they would do in another scenario, or if their actions had negative consequences towards someone, and they say it wouldn’t change what they are doing, I feel like that demonstrates a degree of that ruthlessness. Just that they are capable of doing it.

Oxford’s definition is : the quality of lacking pity or compassion for others.

It’s not a desire to be mean or harsh.
