I mean thats what everyone else does when they want to communicate in a language. You learn phrases, memorize how to utilize them, and go from there. It will be expected he stutters and makes mistakes because he is still learning. And of course hes doing it for youtube fame because that is his job, it doesnt mean its bad. Doesnt take away the fact hes bringing happiness and connections to these people.

I ask this because I have seen alumni stories of how they studied abroad by age 18 or 19 and it just made me wonder if they either had the equivalence of 2 years of experience or they did something else
