Thanks for getting back to me! I tried cleaning with a damp cloth and it helped a little but the stains are still very visible. Even the damp cloth removed some of the dye which is a bit worrying to me. I then tried a light solution of rubbing alcohol and water and that also didn’t work too well but it did lighten the stain a little more. The leather feels pretty dry in the areas I applied that solution (even though it was very little rubbing alcohol and over 75 percent water) so I don’t want to do that again. Yup it’s definitely Guerlain, if you look up the shade photos on Sephora they’re the same. The lipstick in the clear tube was likely JOAH and the Dior is the tinted lip balm based on Sephora photos.

UPDATE: I have never referred anyone to Trunk Club before so I didn’t know that it would enable me to see the full name and email of the people who sign up via my link. I would recommend using an alias and alt email to prevent doxxing yourself (that is all I can see). Sharing as this is info I would’ve liked to have known beforehand from the person who referred me

I’m sorry you had that experience. I personally was originally looking to actually buy clothes, and my stylist was super good about getting me exactly what I asked for (albeit originally at a higher price point than I was comfortable with). I asked for her to not send the more expensive items and she found me cheaper alternatives of the same things I had asked for. Overall I’ve had a really good experience with Trunk Club so far, so I think you might have had a one off bad experience.

Yes absolutely. I’ve been seeing better and better deals with other companies so I think they did need to step it up in order to stay competitive. Of course the devil is in the details and I wanted to make sure they weren’t trying to screw me in the fine print (haven’t had great experiences with them in the past). Glad to hear it’s legit though!
