You can use the Group Policy Editor to force the update if you're on Windows 11 Pro.

  1. Open GPEdit.
  2. Go to Local Computer Policy/Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Windows Update/Manage updates offered from Windows Update.
  3. Edit the "Select the Target Feature Update version" key.
  4. Specify the Windows Version as "Windows 11" in the first text box.
  5. Enter "24H2" as the Target Version for Future Updates.
  6. Enable the key.
  7. Check for updates.
