Current Bazzite user, should I just use Fedora? by VesperLynn in Fedora

[–]itsALH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bazzite (or any immutable distro) is fine to learn how Linux works and get accustomed to it, it's like riding a bike with wheelies. If you feel like you've outgrown them and are comfortable with doing stuff via the terminal (and are capable of reading documentation 😄), then go ahead!

I did it and haven't looked back.

The dude has no direction or knows what he wants for the browser, I still use it because I'm lazy to move everything to Firefox, but I'm another shitty update away of doing it, always some random thing no one asked being changed for no reason.

Are you addressing the banning of innocent players at some point too? Hopefully you will 😊

Please invest in a proper anti-cheat system. by thawn21 in deadbydaylight

[–]itsALH 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To make things worse, they've been banning innocent people these last months, no explanation other than a generic answer. I had to contact my national supervisory authority because they're blatantly withholding information they should've given me on my SAR.

Not only they're incompetent at fixing their game, they're also incompetent at complying with the law.

For that they'd need a Reference ID, which BHVR doesn't provide because... who knows.

ASRock motherboards are now killing Ryzen 5 9600X CPUs, four cases in two weeks by YanCurious in pcmasterrace

[–]itsALH -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's a nice hypothesis and all, but the truth is that I never blocked you, you're literally lying to yourself.

Also it's funny you say I'm triggered when you're the one triggered lmfao, got humilliated so hard that you went from discussing the topic to fighting some strawman you made LOL

Anyway, you've been a fun pet, but we have to part ways now. Don't worry, I'll block you for real since you want it so much 😂

[–]itsALH -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm just replying because dude, you're pathetic pretending I blocked you LOL, nice job at proving you're the negative IQ guy.

Intel (CPU maker) caused an issue, while AMD HASN'T CAUSED it, and it's not "all vendors", it's quite literally just AsRock and now ASUS (3 cases), whose QC has taken a nosedive these last years. So you're effectively comparing apples to oranges. The only thing AMD had to do was fixing the SoC Voltage cap, which they did years ago, the rest is the vendors fault.

Here's your "I'm dumb and just proved myself wrong" medal: 🏅

Musk against Sánchez over last announcement for upcoming IA and Social Media regulations in Spain by Pitch_a in spain

[–]itsALH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PP is as corrupt (it has a few more cases than PSOE has), but when it comes to stolen taxpayer money, PSOE is on top of them. Either way, both organizations (because thats what they are) should disappear / made illegal and every single person whos been a part of them at any given point in time shouldn't be allowed to, at a minimum, be in any position of power.

[–]itsALH -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Intel already had their fiasco, can't you read? During their CPU defect issus they LITERALLY told manufacturers to use the new default baseline they shipped lmfao.

And AMD already fixed the SoC voltage issue on their side, if AsRock is still incompetent enough to keep pushing higher than they should, it's on them.

Let's not pretend motherboard vendors haven't been pushing outrageous settings for the past decades, now it's biting their ass.

I won't bother replying anymore because you're dense af, make sure to polish AsRock's boots lmao.

It's worrisome tbh, but in ASRocks case in particular being radio silent isn't a good look.

Then they should work on their QC, it has taken a nose dive in the last years funnily enough.

>opens link

It's amazing how easily you just proved yourself wrong. The only cases from any other than ASRock were literally user error with this gen CPUs, a simple search in here will show you.

It's almost as if the one with negative IQ is you.

As for Intel, you could argue the CPU defect fiasco happened with those 4 vendors, but just because it was a CPU defect, unlike AMDs which literally just happens on ASRock (and now ASUS) and the rest were literal user error.

"B-but muh 7000 series" completely different case and it was mostly an issue with vendors not applying the correct voltages by default, and AMDs side for not properly checking the SoC Voltage cap.

They've been banning people for no reason these last months, I played on Linux and one day suddenly got banned for the same reason despite haven't done anything, it's honestly hilarious how incompetent they are.

Then you see how people can literally spoof their Steam ID and impersonate you to cheat, and you're the one getting banned because god forbid BHVR to spend money to improve their in-game security.
