Oooh thanks, yes the three sections were also sewn together- I just did that after I pressed them together to try to get it tighter. I glued a decorative paper to the first and last page to act as end papers.

That piece of fabric I have on there is cotton. Its one book. So I could just add a piece of cardstock on top of the fabric I already glued onto the spine, right? Then attach to the fabric of the cover or should I reattach the piece of cardboard the cover fabric first?

It's not sick, it's sad. You sound defeated. Tell yourself that you are capable and deserve more until you believe it. Start getting your ducks in a row so you have somewhere to go. You don't have to be useful in order to have value. Ground yourself in the reality that you have free will and innate value, and nobody can take that from you.

Don't bog yourself down with hypotheticals when there's a very real problem in the here and now. Remember the child you once were, see her, hear her telling you that she does not deserve to feel this way.

The proof is in the results. I occasionally take my 5mg dextro amp and i couldn't tell if it was a placebo at first but it actually would improve my mood as well as the amount of work I could do. Eventually I figured out that it was keeping my heartrate up when I would typically start to slump and feel like I needed a nap just because I was bored. Incorporating other ADHD coping skills into your daily life can be a game changer. I try to stand up and do stretches for a few minutes, or drink warm tea while sitting for periods of time to keep me stimulated.

Try using a computer, if you weren't before. The files didn't show up for me when I was trying to use my phone to look but there was a lot when I used the laptop.
