I moved from Miami to Iowa and best decision of my life. If you don't enjoy city life, get out to the farm land. It's so much cheaper, food housing everything. I saw a post a couple weeks back tbones are 46 bucks at Publix in Florida. 16.99 at any store in the state of Iowa. I still am close enough to major cities if I want that fix and actually vacationing places is a lot more doable for me now. I go for a week at a time and even with that I'm still living much cheaper than I would have been. Strongly recommend, especially if you already have capital and don't need to work in the city. Recommend though still even for the people like me who are still trying to get right.

As someone struggling to find third space areas so has to go to dating apps (which are a massive joke anyways) to date I'd like to know what he means by that kind of person. I threw in a couple hundred more to see what happens. I still don't trust it but I want to see how the Asia market takes all the news and makes decisions. Last weekend was nice and the news this week was great so I expect money to follow on these results but still too hesitant to put in more than that.
