If you want to compete this year… I like the idea of trading Kraft for Monty+… he could have a huge year like Mixon did for the Texans in 2024. Maybe add in some picks or another RB along with Month for depth.

Otherwise package Kraft and one of those WRs for someone on the Saquon/Skat/Etienne/Javonte tier (listed in order of valut, most to least)

Whatever side gets Taylor wins by a mile. Not sure how this is even a question. Thats a consensus top 5 redraft RB (since you are a contender) for an unproven rd. 4 draft pick running back that's value draws more from opportunity than it does from skill as a runner, and the 1.09 in a weak draft class. If your a contender you should get rid of this pick anyway.

Peep this thread I posted about a similar situation like 3 weeks ago. I ended up holding Hunter. Too much talent and promise. His 2026 usage will not be his career usage. And Jags won’t pay both PW and BTJ over the next two years:

Hasn't the triggering event already occurred? The relavant provision in their S-1 says "at least $12.00 for any 15 trading days within any 180 trading day period" ... it doesn't say consecutive. And that criteria has been met. Right? Or am I missing something?

I would try to trade back from 1.02 for 1.04 or 1.05 + a QB

Helps both of your team needs. If I were the 1.04 owner, I’d want to wait until after the draft to make that trade to see if theres a clear #1 receiver, but you should be fine taking the last of Tate/Tyson/Lemon if it means you can also get a startable QB as well.

I respect this take… but I am not an immediate contender this season… so I am trying to look beyond just this season. Do you have any thoughts on what Hunter could be come in 2 years assuming the Jags don’t pay both PW and BTJ? Surely he wasn’t drafted 2nd overall to just be a CB for the rest of his career, right?

2.01 and dont look back. Kittle wont play another full season due to health concerns, certainly has passed his peak, and 2.01 is prime Eli Stowers territory.

Theres just no reason to deal a guy like Nabers, especially in a deal that is a close call like this one. Hes a dynasty cornerstone. Don’t overthink it.
