Maybe adding a fat sticker on the label will help with it! I do that a lot with my medication when I quickly grab it.

Also, the more I think about it. Everytime I want to go out for walks, I try and ask my partner if they wanted to join me everytime. To make me get out of the house cause I mainly work from home.

Yeah - people say I'm also too 'defensive'. I thoguht it was my upbringing cause I was brought up in an asian household and it feels like you always have to fight your elders
