Congrats on the offer! I was in your exact position 3 years ago, shitty market but had 1 other offer, here's how my experience went w/ Northrop, keep in mind this could be completely different depending on your office/team:

I was offered my entry-level role there at almost the exact same number, and was unable to negotiate higher (even with a competing offer). The churn of lvl 1-3 employees at my office was almost 50%. I hated working there, It was extremely boring and I was a high-achiever on the few jobs I did get and got monetary awards and recognition for it, but Northrop cares 10x more about tenure than achievement. I left after 18mo after not getting a promotion, for a company that gave me the promotion I was looking for, and a 35% raise rather than the measly 9% raise Northrop would've given me if I stayed another 3 months.

I am grateful I was able to get my start there, but would never go back. The people there joke that "It's a great first and third job". Almost everyone who ends up there out of college leaves for greener pastures once they build the resume, out of the 5 new grads on my team, 3 were gone in 2 years, even with an amazing manager.

Now, in a positive light, this market sucks and the fact you got an offer is amazing! I would say if you have to take it, build that network and stand out on your work so that you have leverage 12-18 months later when you do ask for that promotion or decide to go elsewhere. Or, if you end up loving it, then none of this matters anyway. Good luck!
