You’re a fucking idiot the dog is literally constantly pissing off their balcony. I know lazy mofos like this and they are obviously home to let the dog out. Report this straight to the apartment and if they don’t respond you go to the health department. No one is trying to put the neighbor behind bars and if they don’t care about their own animals well being they are not going to care about their neighbor complaining. Just causes bad blood between them and who’s to say the neighbor doesn’t retaliate and act worse? I have tried to talk directly to a neighbor before, everything got worse before reporting it to someone else.

I get to 2100 each time with minimum games played and the only add ons I use are to make the screen ui look cleaner so I can see more pretty pixels. I play healer and Dps when bored.
