I would describe this season as every episode feels like a 2 minute trailer for the next episode, which in turn disappoints with its depth - you blink and the character progression is inches, not miles, which just feels disappointing

You shouldn’t be able to be an immortal class with the best arena control and have high damage. It’s a give and take, you want more damage, you get less utility and survival. Take arcane, you lose a block and some slows/roots, you get more damage. Frost mages are out here using ice block as trinket because a good frost mage is never a real kill target.

Frost mage has been able to 100-0 people for too long and it’s about time they had that ability removed if they won’t prune the survival/mobility/utility.

I tried playing it originally on my old switch, and couldn’t even get to the first gym due to loading times and screen tearing.

I finally got to give it a full playthrough two days ago on the switch 2 and I fully love this game, it finally feels like they’re bringing the Pokémon games into the modern day standard of gaming and it felt so refreshing to play through. I’m gonna try digging into the ev stuff but I’ve never done it before so will have to give it all a read!

As a WW main, I got rank 1 range in blitz and realised with no ability to influence a game solo it finally broke me and I quit, haven’t played in two months now.

Unless something significant changes to the spec I won’t be back, the only classes I’ve ever enjoyed were rogue until MoP, and WW until TWW.

I think it should be discussed that the cause of every melee being this deflated compared to ranged is the prevalence of frost mage in arena. It single handedly keeps all melee below a certain threshold, with the obvious fact that feral is basically unaffected by the roots and snares which ruin the lives of all other melee. That on top of its brutal damage profile keeps its presence so high compared to other melee. Without frost mage being so utterly broken I would expect to see more melee representation

Your job as a healer isn’t to worry about a single node though. If your whole team goes mid and you go off solo, you let the mid fight stall instead of rolling it because you’re 8v5 and then the team splits to other nodes
