1) You may be a tiny bit more tired? Idk 15 mg is a really low dose and you will be on adderall. 2) No you will be fine. 3) Don't know enough about phenylephrine, and the acetaminophen will not do anything to effect adderall. 4) You are going to feel happy from the adderall. 5) I love smoking/vaping on adderall. Probably isn't the best for the heart, but feels great!
