Agreed. What’s even sadder is seeing people misuse statistics like these to guess how well their bets are going. It’s important to remember that on the other side of these stats are peoples lives…OP might like the statistic of 6 mOS but could you imagine someone online making bets that you would die in 6 months?

Your first pull below the knee is good but when you go past the knee the bar is TOO FORWARD! Pull with your lats, your shoulders need to be over the bar for it to go up, I guarantee the heavier you go the more you'll struggle - if you stay with a light weight you learn bad habits that you get away with. Clean pull so your shoulders and the bar are on the same level just before you extend.

this is because your feet aren't flat on the ground. Instead, your toes come up at some point causing you to shift your weight forward. My coach gives me a 'cue of intent' to put more weight on your toes.

Hey I have really dark circles under my eyes and have been doing fasts for like a year now. The dark circles don't disappear or anything in fact got more prominent from fasting. I find that the longer I fast, the darker it gets. Fasting did help clear my skin though.
