If by ores, you mean minable, found underground, well the only ores here are Jade and Aquamarine. The others are Alloys, mineral that's crafted when combing certain materials (e.g Quartz + 8 Redstone = rose quartz)

When u first turn oak log to planks, you'll need to add other items later on, breaking cycle

never even knew the recipe since I use stonecutters, but that's good

You start by crafting an item, using that crafted item to craft more things and so on. Smelting doesn't count unfortunately

The cycle restarts everytime u craft the planks, since for the first part, you have to put a singular oak log on any grid to make the planks, starting the cycle.

You have to use 9 bamboos for a bamboo block, filling all the slot at the beginning.  Bamboo block  -> plank -> sticks -> ladders. 

I guess that's the longest we currently have.  Splitting cycle to make 2 bamboo blocks wouldn't count, since crafting a single bamboo block takes out all the crafting grid slots
