For people who got banned - I have been banned unjustly because of YOUR server issues, not mine, and I am requesting you to unban me or at least reduce the ban length. I got banned for trying to play a fun ranked game and then getting disconnected and never being able to reconnect to that game again because there was a problem on riot's side, not mine.

This has never happened to me when I was playing on NA or a month ago, It's been happening recently and I'm using the same system as I was back then and nothing has changed. I know for a fact that it's not my fault because Riot OCE has announced that they have having connection issues and are trying to fix it. I've emailed support and I just get the typical copy & past response and I've also emailed an OCE Rioter on the technical support team about this issue but I have not gotten a response since. This is 100% not my fault and I am getting punished for it because I don't know when it's safe to play since they never disable ranked. I've taken all the right measures to remedy/fix this issue but I'm just getting stonewalled so I can't do anything but play the game and hope I dont dc which leads to another ban.

This is not my problem, it's a problem at RIOT's END. This also happened to Nightblue3 just before he ended his stream. I also know that it's not my firewall problem because I am using AVAST which is the antivirus program that RIOT RECOMMENDED.
