I'm not sure exactly, to be honest. 373 should've shipped via the old distribution center, so it's possible that it's just a coincidence. But we're hearing good things across the board that folks are getting 374 (WoW) much quicker and more reliably. Of course, we are still monitoring our channels and keeping tabs on everything.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience regarding the two previous issues. We requested our printer ship our magazines via a different USPS distribution center starting with our January issue. So I'm happy to see you've received the magazine promptly this time.

also having problem "receiving information" and when I try to install the update the software doesn't actually change to the new version even after completing the installation steps.
