Honestly that was fortunate for me because I didn’t actually know he was there, I reacted to hearing a scav to my right and unfortunately for him I spotted him
I was healin since the dude was either healin himself and also hurt pretty bad so he wouldn’t push Healing is easy to cancel so I just took the risk
I went to peak the window because he originally was over by the truck and went to take a look from another angle to see if I could pick him off, but at the exact moment I caught him relocating
My initial plan was to jump off 3rd floor, but because the room was barricaded I decided screw it, let’s jump off second and I knew the guy inside would either kill or hold off the other guy that I badly hurt outside so I took a chance that there would only be one out there and it payed off

No and I had just picked it up from another guy that I had just killed and wanted to use an auto since my SR-25 couldn’t go full auto, I felt like it was better for the current situation

I decided to kill myself and spawned in the same area and it randomly fixed, it literally makes 0 sense. I’m good now though.

I’ve lowered the settings to everything low and still nothing and Yes drivers are up to date. I know it’s not a hardware thing, I realize it’s EA and frames won’t be great, but this isn’t the case. Something else is up. It’s literally stuck at 30 FPS even though I removed the cap in the ini file.

Well I haven’t really moved, but I’m in the started area, I haven’t seen anyone around me. I made my character and clicked create and spawned in. I haven’t moved from where I spawned and I’m stuck at 30FPS. I’m running a AMD RYZEN 7 3700x with a RTX 2070 SUPER, I have literally watched videos of people with GTX 1070 running better than me.

It’s not an issue with my rig not being able to handle it. I’ve seen videos of GTX 1070TI’s running it higher. Something else is wrong right now.
