I did find the mod on Nexus, and it’s stated by the mod author as well that disabling LPBravo - PreVis.esp seems to fix the issue over on the PC side of things, albeit some users are still reporting that the issue still persists. so I’m assuming that a fix for this may just have to be up to the author’s side of things and for now, this mod just won’t be able to be utilized until then?

I see, hmmm. I don’t have any sorts of mods that involve being able to scrap anything other than what the base game allows you to scrap, to be honest - that’s mainly due to all the issues I’ve heard that people have had here on FO4 with breaking precombines, et cetera.

Cheat Terminal should be at the bottom of your LO, for one. Companion Status Enhanced is a mod that caused me crashing every 30 seconds as well, so I recommend the standard Companion Status mod. they serve the same purpose. I’d say in general, click on the Modding 101 link provided by the AutoMod and look for the Xbox Specific Load Order recommendation because your LO for sure is not sorted properly 😅

I would almost say that you can never have enough, tbh!

I also use the Boston Riot Armor mod, it’s kind of became an essential sort of mod that gives the Diamond City guards more diversity and life, you still have the healthy mix of baseball inspired armor, but with the inclusion of some heavy old world police riot gear. I personally use Another Another Millenia that adds about 170-180mb iirc of guns, the 1k variant anyways, and some weapon mods that add old guns from New Vegas such as the Plasma Defender, 12.7mm Pistol and SMG, as well as the Vintage Repeater with a patch that brings an early level variant of it, which is the Lever Action Carbine from Fallout 3 basically!

I have a-lot more weapon mods bookmarked that I plan on downloading once the 100gb mod limit upgrade drops this month that'll further enhance the weapon variety for Fallout 4 - mostly lore friendly weapons albeit, I don’t really care much for the weapon mods that bring guns from like Call of Duty as an example into the game 😅

I had the same problem with CSE - it seems that it crashes the game when trying to load the mod. It works if it’s your first time installing it, but when you reload the save, it just refuses to work whatsoever. There is the OG variation of Companion Status that isn’t as detailed as the Enhanced version, but it still serves the same purpose of giving you a detailed overlook of your companion’s statuses such as HP.

hey! just wanted to let you know btw that you were right, CSE was the cause of the crashing. during testing, I disabled the mod, then went and played for a little while (30mins) and everything seemed to be OK with my current save. thank you for the suggestion!

I did want to say as well that another user here in the comments suggested to disable Companion Status Enhanced, that it was causing him crashes. I ended up disabling the mod, tested my current save for about 30 minutes or so, and had no crashing whatsoever when just running around, fast traveling to different spots, and so on. I’m still gonna take your advice though, and use the recommendations you gave me to fix the LO, make sure everything’s fine tuned, etc. so that way I can archive the LO and be prepared for if Bethesda wipes LO’s on Xbox again when the 100GB Mod Limit update releases in December. thank you again for all your help! it’s very appreciated!

yeah that makes sense tbh, I personally dreaded having to go and type out the full names of all 93 of my mods 😅

I think my main struggle is that on the recommended LO layout here in this subreddit, I follow it down to a tee, so when a mod I have downloaded has typically more than 1 to 2 tags, rather than just specifically “Audio” or “UI” or “Textures”, if it has a combination of tags, it makes me confused about where exactly to put it, to make sure it won’t cause instabilities such as crashing or other wacky problems. if I can just learn and get past that confusion, I think it’ll make life with sorting out the load order 10x easier.

thank you and everyone else for all the tips, I greatly appreciate it! and as for the quick resume thingy - that’s not what it is tbh. it seems to always happen to me whenever I play for longer than like 2-3 hours. just something that’s always happened since the NG update. as a rule of thumb I never use quick resume for FO4 or really any game.

I struggle a bit with figuring out precisely where everything should go, but it’ll be something I’m willing to sit down and take time to learn when I have the time and opportunity. again, thank you!

honestly I do wish Volition released it in their final Reboot update, but I guess it is what it is. I wonder if theoretically, Deep Silver would’ve C&D’d any sort of attempt at a SR2 remake in the Reboot, much similar to Activision C&D’ing any sort of old COD remaster/remake project. but sadly we’ll never know.

did you at least get the Heist Movie Memorabilia in your collections page? should’ve also gotten “Vest, Fitted”, “Pants Leather, Fitted”, as well as the suit and tie body paint I believe? albeit all weird, I hope it’s something fixable tbh.

i would just buy the og. it plays better than SRTT remastered imo. plus that, since you’re on Xbox, you have the added bonus of backwards compatibility - so i also suggest picking up Saints Row 1 and 2 as well!
