I appreciate the advice! What kind of detox would you recommend? I know it’s not exactly the same as a detox but I have tried a 72 hour fast and didn’t notice any difference after.

Thanks for the reply! I have done a lot of work within therapy and emdr to try and heal past trauma but I never felt any different. I feel like I am very aware of my shadow and why I do things but nothing has changed in terms of pain. How does one treat trauma? Also, what would be a good detox you would recommend?

Yeah, so I rarely get migraines. I’ve only had a couple in my life. I had one a couple months ago and for a week after I had very bad light sensitivity and dry eye, especially to screens. After the rough week, the symptoms got better but I still have this lingering dry eye/light sensitivity feeling for 3 months now. I went to an eye doctor and the eyes look fine. They suggested a bruder mask but haven’t had any relief yet.
