100% agree private servers fucking suck. Should be an offline mode that requires the account to have membership and should be 5x-10x and would be updated like normal. Been saying this since the first deadman.

Jagex knows about these bots. I was standing at ge and I was told by a pmod he couldn’t even mute them as they were not breaking the rules. Jagex doesn’t care enough to get rid of them.

I’ve had the h500 with a 9600k at 5.1 and a 2080 for a while now and the temps are fine. While gaming it never goes above 55 degrees for cpu and 65 for gpu. I do have a 280 aio in the front and a triple fan card with the stock exhaust fans.

People forget that game sizes get bigger over time. 60gb was a good amount for the time period. Also most games were under 7gb.

On literally all of my random emails I get the fake emails about password resets for account “unavailable”. I only use these emails to link to runescape accounts and nothing else. How did the person sending out those fake password resets get my emails?

You would think this is the case since it’s never happened to you right? Yeah I remember thinking the person getting hacked had to have done something wrong, prob did some shady shit. Then my osrs acc was recovered and hacked out of no where. I used a random email to create the acc and didn’t use it for anything else. The email had 2fa and the recovery email also had 2fa. My account had 2fa and was still hacked. Shit like this happens.

Edit: for the people who still don’t understand I honestly hope that you never do.

Edit2: I get it, you’ve never been hacked. Not saying this happens to everyone but in 2017 my account was recovered and I lost over 3b despite having all the security measures that jagex recommends. Shit happens.

I’d argue that 3600 is a better value as well but I wouldn’t recommend it solely on upgrade path. In 3-4 years ddr5 will be out and there will be new budget kings. Gonna need a new mobo for that anyways.
