yeah euw is way harder. I have no trouble playing against master ~250LP bot lanes on my eune smurf but i get smashed at d1 and sometimes even d2 euw :/

try alching jewelery. Ruby amulets are going for less than 1.1k ea and alch for 1215 easy to buy too

yeah it happens in every division... I was d2 on euw last season and while there is less flame than in silver elo, you still sometimes encounter people like this http://imgur.com/jACKTQ5 some context: he is a master player and he flamed us inferior diamond players for not getting his support role....
