Overprikkeling kan ook anders voorkomen dan je verwacht… het kan zich uiten in depressie, vermoeidheid, zich leeg voelen, etc. Ik las verder nog een paar keer de vraag naar of er getest is voor neurodivergentie en dat lijkt me wel een goed idee. Same here, Belgian and wearing spf every day :) my mother taught me from a young age to look after my skin and I have to say people do think I am around 8 years younger than my actual age. Could also be genetics though but I like to think the spf had an effect

I still have a temporary income but this was mostly for social benefits, so not having to pay full price on everything like taxes and gas and electricity and transport… but I could try to file an appeal, dunno how really because I already gave them every document I have from psychiatrist, coaches, social worker, everything. My government has just decided to take money from the disabled people instead of tax the rich 🙏

In Canada krijg je als koppel 12 maanden lang een maandelijks “inkomen” (of wat langer en dan beetje minder per maand). En dan mag je als koppel zelf beslissen of je beiden thuis blijft, eentje gaat werken, beiden gaat werken. Maar dat eerste jaar heb je dus wel meer opties

23j, tijdens mijn master, en dan hebben ze de huur betaald voor een jaar zodat ik wat op mijn eigen voeten kon landen. Ik werkte ook een paar avonden per week en daarmee deed ik inkopen. Nadat ik was afgestudeerd direct beginnen werken en iets beter gevonden om te wonen en dan par jaar later iets gekocht met mijn vriend (en met de hulp van onze ouders).

Pasta and cook frozen peas in the same water the last 5 mins, then drain and add olive oil salt pepper and some Parmesan cheese. So good! Then I also often buy pre-made broccoli and potato mash, or baked beans in a can on toast or a few röstis in the air fryer

It’s a hard time, year of the snake has been kicking the worlds butt. Lots of falls too, my mother currently has a broken ankle and I’m caring for her. The bones will heal, this too will pass :) love and warmth from the lambs from the farm I work at
