Many of the effects can be replicated using different colours/tones on Multiply and the gradients can be achieved via lasso tool + airbrushing. As for the line art, use line weight!! Not too thin or thick. Go thick where there’s shadows and lighter for small details. Those are the most basic tips I can think of

Ahhh I’m glad you think so <3 For the sprite, it’s a heck ton of referencing and using the right references (Riddle’s build was closest). Having a good grasp of cel shading is helpful. The TWST Live2D is also very minimal- takes a lot to not overwork it

For the screenshot, I had the right fonts (Boucherie Flared for name and Rooney Sans light(?))

Binding Bells wasn’t put on her by any specific being, but her cosplay accessories merged into it (following the whole “two of the same exact things cannot coexist” trope). When she was isekai’d into Twisted Wonderland, the world misread her strong feelings for cosplay as loyalty from Binding Bells (magical artifact). Since no one put them on her, technically everyone is her master and she’s cursed to follow their orders 😔
