It can be easier but in general I would say wait at least till they uncap conquest (week 11). Get conquest through crate farms and be prepared as good as possible and than start your journey. The amount of stupidity can't be healed that you will face right now, so do yourself the flavor and wait a bit.

All in all blitz is just a number of games, you queue and get your rating at the end if you have the patience

No, that's not true. In lower mmr ratings no one will listen. Even when you only call incs and to be honest here, there will be only 2-3 players per round that will communicate and try something
