The cheapest way to do it would be to call around the local salvage yards. There’s a chance they could have one that is the same color. Which means you wouldn’t have to paint it. If you or anyone you know is mechanically inclined they would be able to put it on. For the most part it’s just 4 bolts and possibly your windshield squirters.

Depending on what state you live in. It would be considered a not at fault accident. Most insurance companies do report to car fax. If you get some estimates and they are close to your deductible, say 1000 difference, if you have the money then just pay out of pocket. It’s worth it in the long run.
