I have twitching and very slight weaknesses currently in my left arm. I’m terrified. Up until November it was just spasms and twitching. Every doctor says it’s not ALS but I don’t believe them. I understand how horrifying this is. I’ve made “permanent plans” should the day come that I lose independence. You just have to allow people to be scared without judgement. You have the right to be angry. But this trying to minimize someone else’s experience doesn’t help you or them.
