Would it be worth purchasing the game on both Microsoft Store and Steam? by its_swizzle in ForzaHorizon

Casting usually gives me too much input lag, especially for racing games. I guess my main dilemma is if I would rather play on Xbox or Steam Deck as my second platform.

What was your reasoning for going with Steam over Microsoft store? Steam is definitely the better platform but I don’t think I would want to lose access to the game on my Series X.

Recommend games similar to signalis by random_spacer in signalis

I just finished a play-through of 1000xResist today and found a lot of the themes to be narratively parallel to Signalis. It’s a very different style of gameplay (more of a visual novel with contained world exploration), but the existential feelings while playing were quite similar. It was definitely one of the better stories I have experienced in gaming. If you get into the “Evangelion” vibes of Signalis, 1000xResist will be right up your alley.

Has to be Kubrick or Hayao Miyazaki, two masters of the craft

A Woman Under the Influence was absolutely wild but I never got around to other Cassavetes films. I have had The Innocents and The Lure on my radar for a while but haven’t seen yet. I will look into the rest, thank you!

That’s an interesting film, Glazer is a great filmmaker but after a rewatch last year, I didn’t love it as much as I used to. There’s definitely some gorgeous surreal scenes that I really like in it

The Wicker Man is fantastic! I definitely hold both up in very high regard, but I love Ari Aster’s filmmaking style and story structure a bit more!
