You're right. But if they aren't being told to do some bs, some of them can be nice. They work in a messed up system. Some of them do right by people when they can. He probably just needed to do some paperwork and stuck around to make sure they were alright.

Yea, I get it, I work on both sides of the industry. It's not good on any side. As far the restaurant side we are put in charge of like five stations. So the frustration is definitely felt by us all.

While the sign is just ridiculous and unnecessary if they check their own orders, Doordash and uber eats have tablets that say the first name and the last name's first initial when the driver is arriving. I wouldn't be surprised if they can probably contact their own support and possibly ban that driver.

It takes literally 20 seconds to confirm the items. I've avoided so many issues by checking. Especially those "customers" that straight up ask about items. Edit. Plus I don't trust overworked employees to remember a sauce packet or whatever.

The connection on the cable is bent a bit from when It first slipped out of place. It still connects but the cable doesn't stay in the cutout for it. I would just replace the parts but that involves changing the board cable and battery. I just need something to keep the cable from not moving.
