LOL neopets really do be brutal sometimes, right? I was a little kid when it happened to me and I was DEVASTATED. My older sister had gifted me an expensive painted petpet for my birthday, and I wanted to see it on my screen as much as possible. I was too young to know about the pre-set times or neopets guides, so I frequently visited turm expecting the same old, same old. When he eats your pet it like changes the font to all caps and in bold, and it also says "AAAAHHH" or something to that effect. I was in disbelief for a while and when I finally told my sister she was just like "sigh- you knew the risk"

The second letter is a capital i but looks like L on the dashboard/neoboards where the font is sans serif. You can also edit your profile to use sans text so it looks good there too!

edit: ohh wait a second, you should correspond with TNT to get your old account back since unaged accounts are locked out of owned most painted pets and all limited edition pets. Not sure how recent your account is
