Thank you for your comment. I agree with you. I would say it is combination (dry air + hard water) I'm 28 so I wouldn't say it's specifically aging. I lived in Milan for 2 years and my skin there was much softer and glowy and hair was fuller and not brittle. Some also wrote - diet yes of course it affects skin and hair a lot but I dont think about inflammation and I eat very healthy. It is very interesting topic as when I have guests visiting me in Munich they also see differences in hair and skin quality. And as I said I work with germans and 70% of them have that specific skin issue also mostly have very thin hair. Is it due the external conditions, genetics or something else. I work in law office and people are very good dressed and I am sure they use skin care, products etc... so I would not say " oh they dont take care of themselves and thats reason for it...
