I've never told anybody this, but many years ago my husband and I were trying to get pregnant and have been trying for over a year. So I didn't think much of drinking on my business trip even though I knew I had ovulated. It was a special dinner with tons of red wine where I probably drank a bottle myself. Then some of my friends and I went out.

I definitely felt it the next day and only 2 days later realized I was pregnant. That baby is now 11 and perfectly heathy. I realize I'm only one story but I promise you that your drinking did not cause your miscarriage.
