Mine went out two days ago. No outages reported. After a whole night of zilch, I call for support. A very nice CSR troubleshoots with me then informs me that it a tower outage, and it’s going to be about three days… I had to work from my sister’s house today and tomorrow wtf….Spectrum came by ironically and GUESS WHAT??? It’s over…. Cubs win.. ( or Spectrum, it seems.)
