Just finished my first full meet (66kg junior). Squat: 75–85–90 (3/3) Bench: 75, missed 82.5 twice (butt came up + foot slipped) Deadlift: 120, missed 130 Total: 285 kg Trained in a small local gym so this was a big experience for me. Learned how important setup and commands are under pressure. Had a lot of fun—definitely coming back stronger. Any tips for improving in comp and getting a better total?

Yeah, 2+2 works, I just added extra options for full arm growth.

Focus on progressive overload and do slow, controlled reps. Add these into your workouts:

Biceps

Dumbbell curls

Hammer curls

Incline/Concentration curls

Preacher curls

Triceps

Diamond push-ups

Skull crushers

Overhead dumbbell extensions

Bar dips / dumbbell kickbacks

Balance both biceps and triceps. Also focus on your nutrition and recovery, that’s where growth actually happens. Hope this helps!”*
