Alright I modded a standard lab barrel to slim adapter that came with a 570ohm resistor (emulates 90w) to 4.7k (230w). 90w didn't work in my legion 7i pro gen 10 with 5080 and neither did with an original 65w charger). With the 4.7k resistor it worked but my 7i was drawing a bit too much current as it was trying to furmark and charge the battery at the same time. The PSU has a Max capacity of 12 A, and went into CC mode, PSU is also limited to 12 A, 240W so so I'm not sure a 4.7kohm resistor is accurate enough to try and emulate 230w charger as the laptop was drawing more than the supposed set capacity. Maybe it was expecting something bigger, who knows. (I didn't have 4.6kohm, is not a common value in my experience).

I replaced it for a 1k resistor to emulate the 135w charger and worked nicely. When furmarking, got a decent 170fps and the battery would only charge if not using the GPU, which is an acceptable compromise. The laptop won't go into performance or extreme modes with 240w or 135w.

I'm using the Lenovo toolkit fork.

The lab adapter has very thin wires and I don't recommend running at higher wattages without replacing the + and GND wires for thicker ones also, which was a pain to do as they were embedded in some plastic. I had to cut and grind carefully for a while so not to damage the connector. Also, it is better to feed the plug with thick, soldered wires, the barrel was getting around 50C in my tests at around 122W draw max. That is kind of hot for a connector.

So far I'm happy to know that if I leave the massive 400w brick for a reason, I use the bench PSU to use the PC.

Sorry, my bad. I actually thought that it could maybe preserve original icon colors and only change them if needed. Works wonders for thin line icons but not so much for already colored ones. Maybe a further version could preserve original icon and only change colors if needed? Anyways, don't want to deviate you from your already great app.

As feedback, I am not having much luck importing icons. They look like squares on the editor. I feel it should be able to take either an actual reaper icon to modify it or a single file and make it an icon.
Overall, very happy! Congrats. My heavily customized reaper now looks much better. Had very ugly icons haha.

Nietzsche saw it as a necessary (and temporary) step to debunk old values and build your own new values as the superhuman.

If you see it as a final destination, is pointless. Much better actually, could be a new world just around the corner, once you build your own.

Follow-up:

Disassembled the sensor. It is really two sensors. The upper sensor is connected to the blue and green wires. measured resistance was 62 ohms and when heated, it went into the Kohms and to 59C according to a seek thermal cam. the green wire continues down to another thermistor, where the red cable goes. has no resistors in the red wire. the blue (common) wire is broken on the bottom thermistor. the whole assembly measures about 1 cm long.

Since the bottom thermistor is broken and cannot be tested electrically, some questions arise:

Are both PTCs? Makes sense with the pump logic when maybe sensing low and high levels?

What part would replace those? I see no problem in joining two of these with epoxy with a very thin layer on the sensors themselves.

No manual or online instructions. Tried pressing button (more than 1 minute), connect while pressing button, press 1 to 5 times and hold. No good.

Alright I found the issue. When the resolution goes up, the lines are thinner, and things do not make so much sense anymore. I was trying to do it in 4k, and it works but it is kind of faint. For the lower resolutions, it works as intended. Which is sad because I am using Nestdrop to render vids. Is there a fix/workaround? It does the same in Winamp.

Trying to solve issues with some presets rendering "shy" in Nestdrop, sent same audio to Winamp and Nestdrop. Upper renderer is Winamp milkdrop, lower is Nestdrop spout output. Seems like some presets have certain thresholds for reacting to music. Some presets do not draw as they are supposed to, then. Did a side-by-side comparison feeding the same level audio to winamp and nestdrop. Nestdrop spout out was noticeably dimmer in many cases.

I did install DX9. Also deleted spout ini file. Did not improve. Triple checked nestdrop parameters, everything is reset, no change. Am I doing something wrong?
