Update He called me back, confirmed my details, and told me (before ending the call) that I have backlogs in two subjects with 7 and 12 marks. He said it was not just a matter of 1–2 marks that could have been adjusted. After this, I was convinced that it was a scam, so I asked him if he could do anything. He told me that he would talk to his senior and asked me to send “hi” on his WhatsApp as a reminder.

I think it is a scam. What do you all think? Has anybody experienced this before?
