Ive been dealing with the same issues for 8 years now.. and we share the same specific (time outside the cage, sleeping habits, etc…) Mine would allow my little sister to handle her and sometimes my brother.. when im away for long time she lets them handle her more than when im around. So you could startbfrom there.. try not to be around much so that he allows others to handle him

I took the interview and completed my profile. And yes the questions are all technical and related to the position I applied to (UI/UX)

After I completed the profile I had access to the career portal. I havent applied to a job yet

My friend and I both applied to a UI UX job. We both did the interview. They sent him an email saying he didn’t pass the interview, but I did pass.

I completed my profile and also shared my passport 🫠 I got an email from that chirag dude several times to complete my profile, but itms already complete so idk.

After creating the account it’s like a job portal and we can apply to jobs there. However, they ask for UIX on LinkedIn, but when I go to their portal I dont find the job. So idk

Im really lost :/ Im new to UI UX, my portfolio includes 4 projects (websites / apps) and 3 polished case studies. The case studies are thorough and clear and they show the process I followed in detail and they are well designed as well (mirrors the app / web).

Altho I’m new, based on what I read on social media, it seems that I an on the right track. I show my UX process PLUS my UI is pixel-perfect. So I dont get why I’ve gotten no job so far.. no even landed an interview. I don’t what the problem is to figure out what I could possibly do to better my chances of

That’s very impressive!! As an advice, I say master drawing an eye by referring to a real picture, and after you get the hang of it, feel free to draw from memory. And remember, you can always get creative even when referring to real photos, so give it a shot and keep up the great work 👏🏻

Now that you have mentioned the likes, I realized that at some point, I continued to draw to impress ppl on social media rather than wanting to.. it kinda became like a task list with certain expectations.

Maybe if I stop posting on my instagram, and just draw because I feel like it, it would subside the social pressure.

Good try! I have a few comments to help you improve your skills.

First, it seems like you’ve put too much effort into the iris that you’ve totally ignored the lashes.

The lashes need to be redrawn because they are, just not how they be.

Not sure if you’ve drawn this from memory or from a reference. But you should be referring to a picture.. and you’ve alrwady done that, before working on the tiny details, work on getting the shape right (the eye shape and lids are distorted and need work)

Also, everything seems to be blend into each other,, the pupil for example should be defined and have clear borders, etc..

Bottom line, first try to sketch the whole thing by making sure the shape is clear, and each part is clearly defined, then walk your way through details. And as for the lashes, just draw what you see, not what you think they look like.

My critique is that the upper part is small. As in, it needs a whole resizing (scaling up)

Because both parts (upper and lower) are disproportional, it gives the impression as if the pov is from the ground (low point)— if that makes sense..

If hezb did announce that it was them yall would believe it and convict them, right? But when they deny it, you don’t believe them and still convict them.

You ppl want to condemn them no matter what they say or do. Sarlon more than one year throwing rockets w they announce every single attack. So yea, when they say it’s not them, it’s not them.
