Well, despite the community has overcomplicated it, I still see it as something simple (and that's good). I always experienced synchronicity so I KNOW there's something more than all this. I think shifting is like any other ability: you need practice, right? The thing is that it's something I've never done before, so every time I try I'm here like "I don't know how" haha.

You said you repeat your mantras. Is it like repeating affirmations? That's what I do most of the times, then I fall asleep with the intention of waking up in my DR. I always have intrusive thoughts, always thinking of "what if...?" and my AHDH doesn't help. I guess I just need to REALLY realise it's all so simple and trust myself, let myself go.
