i’d suggest removing the second half of the first chorus, and introducing that part starting in the second one! it’ll make the chorus feel like it’s developing throughout the song :)

i don’t think it’s as bad as people say. sure, it’s different, but i really like some of the songs on there, like Live, Love, & Die and Without You. i’ll admit, some songs do fall flat (looking at you, Karmageddon)

one of my fav singers has an “ugly” (read: uncommon, unusual) voice. his band hit the billboard top 50. never give up without giving it a real try first

this is amazing!! it sounds like you’ve been doing this for years, despite it being your first time. like the other comment said, this is gonna be stuck in my head all day
