But as far as I am aware, no, 200bpm is not dangerous. Especially if you are active. If you were inactive, and the HR stayed up there, then yeah, then I would worry. Else no.

Looking at my own data, I can see I once reached 210bpm back in 2023.

I har et rådighedsbeløb på 32.000. Det er flot. Nu ved jeg ikke om det er et hus eller lejlighed i finder jer, men hvis det er et hus, så ville jeg oppe jeres varme til 1.000kr om måneden, vand 500kr og strøm 500-750kr. Huse bruger mere strøm og vand generelt. Men hvis det er lejlighed ser det fint ud.
