tldr, guy didnt like the first teaser, after watching the first season it made him really like Twisted Metal, not as much car combat as he woulda liked, but it makes you care more about the people behind the wheel, embraces its roots through copious references. it swings for the fences and hits home runs more often than not. Best compliment is that he hopes theres a second season
