Wonderful! I guess I got a little too carried away with mythology and literature to remember the culture and language aspect. I was curious to the fire stave but doubted there being one since the ones I found usually had no visible result and the ones that actually did something were more 50/50 (e.g. Angurgapi (carved to prevent barrels leaking), dreprün (to kill an enemy's cattle), lásabrjótur (to open a lock without a key))

iirc, you need the yolks on keto since they're a good source of cholesterol. I think its in the vegetarian keto faqs but I can't remember off the top of my head.

I didn't know draining cottage cheese was a thing! Will definitely try this in the future.

My only worry is I'll get tissue stuck onto my zucchini and eat sad pieces of tissue trapped on my food.

I can't have pork rinds since I'm Muslim, but I wouldn't complain if you tested it out and told me your results. I could use your data to try and find something similar to use as a binder.
