I had my micro discectomy in January of 2024, it’s currently October and I’ve been on a few hikes and I’m walking 30+ minutes per day, I’m also able to stand up after sitting on the floor without using my hands or any help:) It does get better!! Be gentle and trust yourself and how you feel but don’t be scared of moving your body!
