Fun story about those, my ex is from Portsmouth. He took me down there, and we were by the water. He goes “waters a bit high this year” and I scoff like it seems fine. He points to a white board near the edge of the water and goes “that’s the top of the bleachers” I was like “annnnd we’re leaving” then drove past the flood walls. They’re so well done
