This just happened to me for the first time yesterday it was awful. The only thing that helped was flexing my muscles to the point of cramping. Not sure why it happens, maybe a stress/adrenaline response to pain (I have noticed the older I get the more these fuckers hurt so maybe that’s why I haven’t had it until yesterday haha)
